MonoTech is destroying the waterproof market. That’s because MonoTech is 100% waterproof! It doesn’t have a wear layer…it is waterproof from top to bottom. Absolutely no liquid can be absorbed into this product due to it’s incredible molecular structure, yet it allows vapor moisture to pass easily through it, eliminating the need for a vapor barrier.

Proprietary “Explosion-Bonding” Process: Crafted from strands of Loblolly Pine, this unique process utilizes high heat and pressure to bond natural wood and oils at the molecular level, creating a monolithic structure (no layers, no core) that ensures the flooring is completely waterproof and durable for life.

100% Organic & Biodegradable: Made solely from natural wood and oils, MonoTech contains no plastics, no PVC, no adhesives or glues, and no chemicals, making it a truly family-friendly, planet-friendly choice.

Exceptional Durability: During the manufacturing process, the material is compressed to a thickness of 3/8” or 1/2”, resulting in a product that is 25% denser than Ipe wood and 95% harder than Oak, providing exceptional strength and durability and making it resistant to scratches, stains, and pet damage, allowing for a paws-and-claws warranty.

Molecular Sealing: The locking mechanism incorporates microscopic holes, allowing water vapor to escape, but preventing liquid water to enter. This prevents moisture buildup and pressure on joints, avoiding structural deformation.

Sustainable Sourcing: Our wood is sourced from factory-owned, plantation-grown trees on a 7-year growth-and-harvest cycle, making it fully recyclable and sustainable.
